Best Friends

It has been a busy couple of weekends with many GIRLY events! I had my adorable niece Kiley spend the weekend with me, which I absolutely LOVE. We had fun getting pedicures, shopping (of course), and going to lunch. We have so much fun together...even though she is only 6 I feel like I am hanging out with one of my best friends. Kiley loves to take pictures and pretend she is modeling for the next Top Model! (Hence the reason for our funny photo shoots!)

Baby Showers

We had a baby shower for my dear USU Roomie, Kami (Hansen). She is expecting her first little Baby Boy and we are so excited for her. We missed having ALL of our roommates together but it was fun to reminisce and shower Kami with gifts!

My next baby shower was for Kimi! She is having a little girl and is the most darling pregnant girl EVER! We go together with our friends at The Grand American, Garden Café…why didn’t I get any pictures, it was beautiful!? It is always so fun to see my friends and catch up on all of our busy lives! Thanks girls for being the best friends around! Good Luck Kimi and Kami!

Going Private….

I guess I finally decided to follow the trend of making my blog private! It’s so fun to ‘blog stock’ I know, so all of you ‘stockers’ time to come out and leave me your email address so I can be sure to email you an invite! Even if we aren’t best friends it’s fun to keep in touch!!

STAR STRUCK!!!

After girls camp some of us leaders felt like we deserved a little GIRL time after all of our hard work! Being with the leaders 24-7 for an entire week, not to mention the hours of planning the months before, made it hard to get back to ‘normal’ life after camp. I missed my chicas! We went to the Gateway for a DELICIOUS dinner at Dodo and then of course walked around the mall for some good finds!

At the Gateway we ran into the wonderful GEV from So You Think You Can Dance! We were acting like little school girls as we chased him down for a picture. He was so darling and absolutely LOVED the attention. I am not sure I would have recognized him but my friend Lindsey sure did...thanks Linds! I am totally obsessed with the show so we went the next morning and secured our tickets to the tour coming in September! I can’t wait!

Because of our obsession we purchased "TWITCH" glasses for the big FINALE party! I think they are too cute to pop out the lenses though!!

Girls Night Out...My High School Gals

I absolutely love my GIRLS NIGHT OUTS! A couple of weeks ago I got together with some of my high school friends for a much needed GNO! We started our night out with pedicures, of course! After being pampered we headed to dinner, our most favorite thing! We spent hours talking and laughing. We didn’t want to cut the night short so we decided to rent a hotel downtown and stay up all night and TALK, like girls do best! We stayed at the Little America and had a blast! I love my girl friends so much. I didn’t get any pictures except for a few of us at dinner! Can’t wait until next time girls!

Girls Camp Pictures!

Camp Beauty Bar was a big hit! The girls were tired and hot by Wednesday so we had a relaxing afternoon talking about our "perfect" spirits and keeping our bodies clean!!

I had so much fun with these girls! We played the laughing game until everybody was farting! We had lots of friendship games and made POM POM flip flops that were adorable!

Pajama Party night was a blast! The girls absolutely loved the JELLY BEAN eating contest!

Crazy hair contest was HYSTERICAL! These girls had so much fun with it! I really think we have some actresses in our WARD!

I know this is GIRLS CAMP and all.... but the girls wanted to curl my hair so give me a break!!!
