OUR FAMILY....Yankee & Lilly

This is our very smart dog YANKEE! Ya know most people post pictures of their darling kids because they are so proud of them! Well we are so proud of our puppies so we will post about them! We have had Yankee for 2 years and he is a pretty good dog. He likes to get out of the backyard though and run around in the field behind our house. You can't blame the little guy for wanting a little bit of freedom! Yankee rolls over and plays dead.....I don't know any dog that does it like he does!
Lilly is the new addition to our family! (haha) We have had her for just under a year. She is seriously the BEST dog ever. She is so sweet and just loves to cuddle with EVERYBODY. My mom is in LOVE with this dog. She calls or just stops by and picks her up all the time to go play at her house. You would think this dog was human!

Nieces and Nephews.....

Well here I am writing about my wonderful nieces and nephews! In the life of a child everything is BLISS....really imagine the fun these kids get to have EVERY DAY! Not a worry on their minds! My little niece Addison is to die for. Just look at the picture and you will see. She seriously has so much personality and just LOVES everybody. Addison lives in Utah county so I don't get to see her everyday but when I do it's wonderful! We love you Addi!



This is my darling nephew Will Holland! He is such a character he is just learning how to walk but really prefers to crawl on this hands and feet! He doesn't like things to touch his knees so he army crawls all over the place! Will just turned one and is growing up so fast! We love you Buddy!

Phil and I are so excited for the day that we get blessed with a little baby! We are so ready to love and welcome a new addition to our family. I know that when the time is right we will be blessed with a baby one way or another! Kids are truly the greatest blessing we will ever have!

LANDSCAPE NIGHTMARE!

Well as most of you know Phil and I moved into a new home about five months ago! Well we didn't realize the pain that comes with putting in a yard. You either have he pain of writing a check for 15 thousand or the pain of spending HOURS in the HOT sun. We decided to mix the two. We hired random companies to do bits and pieces of our yard and we are doing some. Well let me tell you that it's not FUN and i think the pain of spending 15K would have been worth it! We are really hoping to get sod soon so we can get rid all the dust!

"That's my mother-in-law" as Phil would say! I asked my mom if she would take Friday off and come help us get our yard leveled for sod. Of course she wasn't really up for calling sick so she said "sure I can come help, I will be there at 5 AM!" Oh wow, and you think she was kidding? Nope, she was at my house at 5AM with her shovel and ready to work! What a great mom we have! THANKS MOM!
